Cesar Zarate-Garcia, CPA, MBA
Founder
Cesar Zarate-Garcia is a first generation Mexican American, born and raised in Los Angeles CA. He has over 10 years of experience in public accounting and FP&A. Cesar has worked for fortune 300 companies as well as private companies making his experience to small businesses valuable. His expertise is in providing corporate tax strategy as well as CFO services for small businesses. Currently he is a Director of Finance for the largest waste hauler in the greater Los Angeles area. Cesar received his Bachelor of Science from CSUSB, MBA from CSULB and is an active CPA.
Rafael Garcia, CPA, EA
Founder
Rafael Garcia received his B.A. in business administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, San Bernardino and is currently an active Certified Public Accountant & IRS Enrolled Agent. Rafael has over 7 years in public accounting and is currently working as a Tax Audit Representative in one of the largest tax firms in Orange County. His expertise is in providing tax strategies for small businesses & individuals and also IRS representation.
